I have been spending quite a bit of time in the studio over the past 5 weeks (really 5 weeks since my little man was born??)  I have been having a wonderful time loving up on him and getting lots of images at this very sweet little newborn stage and while I have been in the studio with him I have had many thoughts, my main one is why are photographers so stuck on only shooting newborns between the ages of 3-10 days?? I know my pricing says that I shoot between 3-10 days, but I am finding that I am getting just as great shots at 21 days as I was at 3 and 4 days.  So with that said I will be extending my time frame with my newborns, I will extend the sessions out to 21 days, but as with any newborn shoot I will not promise that I can get every squishy pose that a client wants (some babies just don’t want to do some poses, and I don’t want to force them to do something they don’t want to do)  I wanted to share a little bit of what I have been doing in the studio with my own little guy!  He’s so sweet and cute and fun to photograph!
